Imagine that every time you make a choice—no matter how small—a new version of reality branches off. In one version, you choose to go left; in another, you go right. The Many-Worlds Interpretation suggests that all these possibilities actually happen, but in separate, parallel universes. From a human perspective, this can feel deeply philosophical.
